Tom Carter was born and raised in Saint Petersburg, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree in finance at the University of Notre Dame. Tom went on to get his MBA from Indiana University. He is currently a business management doctoral candidate at Jacksonville University. He played football professionally for nine years with the Washington Redskins, Chicago Bears, and the Cincinnati Bengals. After retiring from the National Football League, Tom worked three years as a high school special education teacher and football coach. For the past 13 years, he has been a Regional Director at the NFL Players Association. During his tenure at the NFLPA, Tom has played a vital part in the collective bargaining process between the players and NFL owners. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for the past 26 years. They have four beautiful children and currently reside in Jacksonville, FL.

Mark Moseley is the only Placekicker to win the NFL MVP (1982) Award. A Super Bowl Champion and two-time Pro Bowler, Moseley is the Redskins’ all-time leading scorer with 1207 points. He came out of retirement to join the Fredericksburg Generals, where he became the only football player to win both the Super Bowl and the Minor League National Championship.
He has been named to the Redskins’ Ring of Fame, as well as one of the top 80 players in the franchise’s illustrious history. He currently is the Director of Franchise Development for Five Guys Burger & Fries, selling over 1700 stores helping to make Five Guys one of the top franchises in the World.
Leadership & Motivational Speaker, Former NFL Linebacker, Author & Screenwriter
Ken Harvey grew up in Austin, Texas. Shortly after attending UC Berkeley, he was selected in the 1st round (12th overall) of the 1988 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals, where he played six seasons until signing with the Washington Redskins in 1994. He was selected to 4 straight NFL Pro Bowls from 1994-1997, and ultimately ended his career with 89 sacks, averaging 8.6 per season. Ken retired just prior to the start of the 1999 season.
In 2002, Ken received the prestigious honor of being nominated in the Washington Redskins’ highest accolade as one of “80 Greatest Redskins”. Shortly after receiving that honor, he was chosen and inducted into the “Redskins Ring of Fame” at Fed Ex Field.
Ken has authored several books and screenplays, and co-authored a children’s book with American actor, artist, and former American football player, Terry Crews. Ken is currently a Marketing Associate for Fellows Financial Group.
